Fan Yingmei, lecturer. Ph.D of Literature from Capital Normal University（studied with Professor Tao Litian）and joint training Ph.D from Taiwan Politics University（studied with Professor Zeng Shouzheng）in 2015.
Research areas:
Administrative document writing, Chinese political thought history, Marine culture, Chinese and foreign literary theories, Taiwan literature, Neo-classic poetry, etc.
