裴兆斌，男，教授，研究生导师，法学学科带头人，海洋法律与人文学院院长兼法律事务部主任，大连海事大学国际法学博士，华东政法大学诉讼法学博士后。
【研究领域】
行政法学、国际法学、刑法学、侦查学、海洋行政法、渔业法、国际海洋法、国际刑法、海上犯罪与海上犯罪侦查实务、海洋安全（维权）与执法、海上行政（治安）案件查处等。

Zhaobin Pei, male, professor, postgraduate supervisor, head of the law discipline, Dean of the College of Maritime Law and Humanities and Director of the Department of Legal Affairs, Ph.D. in International Law from Dalian Maritime University and postdoctoral fellow in Litigation Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Administrative law, international law, criminal law, investigation, maritime administrative law, fisheries law, international law of the sea, international criminal law, maritime crime and maritime crime investigation practice, maritime security (maintenance of rights) and law enforcement, maritime administrative (security) case investigation, and handling, etc.
