Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of China Law Society, we are honored to invite you and your colleagues to attend the 2nd China-Japan-ROK Legal Forum ＆ the 4th Northeast Asia Legal Forum, which will be held at Jilin University, Changchun, China from October 20 to 22, 2016. The Forum is hosted by China Law Society, organized by Jilin Law Society and Jilin University and co-organized by Shandong University, Liaoning University, Heilongjiang University and Inner Mongolia University. The theme of this Forum is “Strengthening the Regional Legal Cooperation and Creating the New Future of Northeast Asia”.
The cooperation of Northeast Asia is an important part of Asia cooperation. In recent years, the cooperation of Northeast Asia has made positive progress, such as ASEAN+3, RCEP, Northeast Asia economic cooperation, the Asia-Pacific Free Trade Area construction and etc. The relationship of the countries in this region is constantly close, and the demand for law is also increasing.About 100 experts and scholars from nations of the Northeast Asia are expected to attend the Forum, having discussions on “Promoting the Judicial Assistance Cooperation in Northeast Asia”, “Legal Protection for the Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”, “International Economic Disputes Settlement under the New Security Pattern” and “Rule of Law on Financial Market Regulation and Regional Cooperation”, which are the hot-spot and critical legal concerns of Northeast Asia. We are committed to enhancing the legal research of China-Japan-ROK FTA and Northeast Asia, promoting the regional multilateral academic exchange and resource sharing, providing the preferable legal service and intellectual support for the cooperation of Northeast Asia, reinforcing the pragmatic legal cooperation of the region, and making active contributions to the peace, stability and prosperity of Northeast Asia.
During the Forum, we will hold the inauguration ceremony of the Northeast Asia High-Level Legal Talents Training Base and the Northeast AsiaLegal Research Center to promote the development and level of the Forum.
The Forum has no registration fees. The food during the Forum will be borne by our side. The international transportation and the accommodation fees will be borne by yourselves.
