Participation in major decision-making by the Party and government as an expert:
1.On August 6, 2021, as a legal expert, participated in a seminar on law enforcement supervision organized by the Provincial Party Committee's Political and Legal Affairs Commission and put forward expert opinions on cooperating with experts and introducing a legal expert certification mechanism in law enforcement supervision.
2.In 2019, as a legislative consulting expert, was invited to participate in a symposium on the draft revision of the Postal Regulations of Liaoning Province.

1.On March 21, 2022, provided comments on a rights protection case the second-hand car turned out to be a water-damaged vehicle as reported by Liaoshen Evening News.
2.Provided comments on the administrative law enforcement case of Dalian High-tech Zone Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau in handling the unauthorized demolition of floor slabs, installation of elevators and stairs by the owner of Unit 58-3 in Yun Chuan Yuan, as reported by the Legal Daily.
