刘中梅，女，副教授，研究生导师，大连海洋大学海洋法律与人文学院法学教研室教师，博士。
研究领域及方向：
领域：海洋环境保护法、环境资源保护法、劳动与社会保障法。
方向：环境风险治理法律机制、劳动关系与劳动法、科学技术政策与环境保护等。
