邢政，男，讲师，研究生导师，法学实验中心主任。2020年毕业于大连海事大学，国际法学专业博士研究生。
研究领域及方向：
领域：国际法学、国际海洋法、行政法学、刑事诉讼法学。
方向：国际法、国际海洋法、渔业法、海上犯罪与海上犯罪侦查等。
