徐玲，女，讲师，研究生导师，社会政策教研室副主任。日本立命馆大学社会学博士。
研究领域及方向：
领域：社会保障、社会福利、社会工作等。
方向：劳动与社会保障法、养老保障及服务、农村与城市养老保障、中日社会保障制度研究与比较等。

Introduction:
Xu Ling is a lecturer, graduate supervisor, and deputy director of the Social Policy Teaching and Research Office. She obtained her PhD in Sociology from Ritsumeikan University in Japan.
Research Areas and Directions:
Areas: Social security, social welfare, social work, etc.
Directions: Labor and social security law, pension security and services, rural and urban pension security, comparative study of social security systems in China and Japan, etc.
