官玮玮,女,副教授,硕士研究生导师,海洋法律与人文学院法学实验教学中心主任,英国萨里大学人力资源管理博士。
研究领域及方向:
领域:人力资源管理,海洋管理,创新创业管理,国别与区域研究。
方向:海洋人力资源管理,人力资源领导力,国际人力资源管理,薪酬管理,战略人力资源管理,高等教育国际化,渔民劳动权益与社会保障。
