官玮玮，女，副教授，硕士研究生导师，海洋法律与人文学院法学实验教学中心主任，英国萨里大学人力资源管理博士。
研究领域及方向：
领域：人力资源管理，海洋管理，创新创业管理，国别与区域研究。
方向：海洋人力资源管理，人力资源领导力，国际人力资源管理，薪酬管理，战略人力资源管理，高等教育国际化，渔民劳动权益与社会保障。
主要社会兼职：
1.辽宁省法学会海洋法学研究会理事。
