简介：
陈瑜，女，中共党员，博士毕业于大连理工大学 管理科学与工程（科学学与科
技管理）专业，管理学博士。讲师，硕士研究生导师。入选大连市2019年引进城市发展紧缺人才工程。兼任辽宁省法学会海洋法学研究会理事会副秘书长。
研究领域及方向：
新兴技术治理与政策；社会政策；行政法。

Chen Yu, female, a member of the Communist Party of China, received her Ph. D. in Management Science and Engineering from Dalian University of Technology
Technology Management) major, Doctor of management. Lecturer, master tutor. Selected in 2019 Dalian City to introduce urban development shortage talent project. He is also deputy Secretary-General of the Council of Marine Law Research Institute of Liaoning Province Law Society.
